The Evansville Otters baseball team, a member of the professional Frontier League, call historic Bosse Field their home. Only Boston's Fenway Park and Chicago's Wrigley Field are older than Evansville's Bosse Field that was constructed in 1915. In addition to baseball stars, movie stars have performed at Bosse Field as well. Bosse Field was prominently featured in the movie drama “A League of Their Own” starring Gena Davis, Tom Hanks, and Madonna, and directed by Penny Marshall.
