The Evansville Otters baseball team, a member of the professional Frontier League, call historic Bosse Field their home. Only Boston's Fenway Park and Chicago's Wrigley Field are older than Evansville's Bosse Field that was constructed in 1915. In addition to baseball stars, movie stars have performed at Bosse Field as well. Bosse Field was prominently featured in the movie drama “A League of Their Own” starring Gena Davis, Tom Hanks, and Madonna, and directed by Penny Marshall. A 'League of Their Own' was recently named one of the top 'Sports Movies' from the last 25 years by ESPN.

The Goebel Soccer Complex opened in 2004 and is situated on 70 acres. It features ten Olympic-size soccer fields, nine with Bermuda grass and one with artificial turf. Many of the fields also have lights for night play. A large parking lot, concession stand, and restrooms are provided.

Cooper Stadium is known as one of the most impressive college softball facilities of the midwest and is the location for the University of Evansville's Purple Aces Softball games. The stadium seats 650 (all chairbacks) and almost half are covered. The ballpark is lighted for evening games, and includes sunken dugouts, an enclosed press box, and warmup cages down both foul lines.
